Common questions
How does the free trial work?
Pick any plan and add a card. You get 10 tokens straight away and 7 days of full access, with nothing charged up front. On day 7 the plan you picked starts billing at its normal price (Hobby is $5/mo). Cancel before then from your billing dashboard and you pay nothing. One trial per account.
What uses tokens, and what is free?
Only AI generation uses tokens: reference images (1), 3D models (3, or 1 in Momentum Mode) and texture upgrades. Auto-rigging, quad remesh, the Mesh Editor and every export are free.
Can I use my own AI account instead?
Yes. Sign in with OpenRouter, or connect an OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini API key in AI accounts. Forge chats and Gemini images then use 0 app tokens and your provider bills you. 3D model generation runs on our GPUs and still uses tokens.
Do unused tokens roll over?
Subscription tokens refresh each billing cycle and don't carry over. The 10 trial starter tokens have no expiration, even if you cancel before the trial ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing date.
Which formats can I export?
GLB, FBX and OBJ, a VRChat PC or Quest Unity package for rigged humanoids, and a VMDL package for s&box. They work in Unity, Unreal, Godot and Blender.
