Any user. When any image-to-3D generation enters the queue, Momentum activates globally for everyone on the platform.
Momentum stays active as long as there are models in the queue. When the queue empties, a 2-minute grace window begins. If no new models are added before it expires, Momentum deactivates.
If Momentum is already active when you start, yes. If you're the one triggering Momentum, your first model costs the standard 3 tokens, but every model after that costs only 1 token while Momentum is active.
No. Preview images always cost 1 token regardless of Momentum status. The discount applies only to 3D model generation.
